Charity Computers offers computer repair services under warranty and also for general non-warranty repairs from $30 an hour for those with a concession card, otherwise services are $60 an hour. There are separate charges for anti-malware scanning and for installing or re-installing Windows or other software applications.

Please note that issues with malware such as viruses, trojans etc. are not covered under the Charity Computers warranty.
